Sit ups, are one of the basic exercises, but still a lot of times are performed incorrectly. Solution? – AB Mat!
When we place an AB Mat under the lumbar spine, we create excellent conditions for the movement of the abdominal muscles. Ab Mat supports the natural curvature of the spine, the pelvis is in correct position, the spine curves, and consequently the stomach muscles are stretched, while the sit ups become more effective despite lower strain.
We strongly recommend, to use the Ab Mat, to anyone who wants to start using GHD in the future; of course, strong abdominal muscles are a prerequisite for safe exercise with an Olympic barbell and … well, to be honest, strong abdominal muscles are a prerequisite for performing simply all exercises in the gym.
In addition, the long Ab Mat provides additional support for the tailbone, which is especially important when the training consists of numerous sit-up repetitions.

We are delivering only to Switzerland in shortest time possible. Delivery within 5-10 working days from order reconfirmation depending on stock availibility.
If you are not satisfied with your Kingsbox product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery without giving a specific reason for return. We will reimburse you for the total value of the goods purchased (excluding shipping costs). The costs for the return delivery will be billed to the customer.
HOW CAN I RETURN THE PACKAGE?
- send us an email to info@hexfit.ch with the subject "Return [order number]"
- fill out the return document and send it with the package.
- pack the product and send it back as per the instructions received
- once the product arrives in our warehouse, we will refund the value that was paid when the product was purchased
The customer must return the goods to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity as received (except if the product was damaged, destroyed, lost, or parts were lost on delivery). This means that the customer must not use the product freely in the period before the cancellation of the sales contract.
The customer has the right to test the goods within the limits necessary for an objective evaluation of the product. Any use of products that deviate from the aforementioned is considered to be the actual use of the product and leads to a loss of the customer's right to cancel the contract.
